How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at thewildteam@shopwildkind.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to make changes. Once an order is fulfilled by the supplier, it cannot be changed.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet — but we’re working on adding digital gift cards soon so you can share the WildKind movement with others.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. If your order contains products from multiple suppliers, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Where do products ship from?
WildKind is a curated marketplace. Products ship directly from our supplier partners to reduce extra handling and get your order to you faster.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, though shipping times can vary depending on the supplier. You’ll see tracking details for each shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, WildKind ships within the United States only. We plan to expand to international customers soon
Can I combine products from different suppliers in one order?
Yes, but your order may arrive in multiple packages, since items ship directly from each supplier.
What is your return policy?
Returns vary by supplier, but most allow returns within 14–30 days of delivery. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
Who pays for return shipping?
In most cases, customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. We’ll provide instructions for your specific order.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at thewildteam@shopwildkind.com with photos, and we’ll coordinate with the supplier to make it right.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges depend on the supplier. If an exchange isn’t possible, we’ll help you process a return and place a new order.
Are all items returnable?
Some items, like opened treats, perishable goods, or custom products, may be non-returnable. These exclusions will be listed on the product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. WildKind uses Shopify’s secure checkout, which is PCI-compliant and fully encrypted. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is applied where required by law and will be shown at checkout.
How do you select the products sold on WildKind?
Every product is curated against the WildKind Standard — strong, sustainable, and kind. We prioritize eco-friendly materials, ethical suppliers, and products that reduce environmental impact.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are all products eco-friendly?
Yes. While not every product is 100% zero-impact, every item we carry is chosen to be safer, more responsible, and more sustainable than conventional alternatives.
Do you verify sustainability claims?
Yes. We review certifications, materials, and supplier practices to avoid greenwashing. If it doesn’t meet our standard, it doesn’t make the cut.
