Shipping Policy
At WildKind, we partner with trusted brands and suppliers to bring you sustainable, curated products. Because we operate as a curated marketplace, your order may be shipped directly from the brand partner who makes the product. This helps reduce waste, minimize unnecessary handling, and get your items to you faster.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a tracking number as soon as your item ships.
Shipping Times
- Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.
- Delivery times vary depending on the supplier, shipping method, and your location.
- Orders containing items from multiple suppliers may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping Locations
- Currently, WildKind ships within the United States only.
- International shipping is not yet available but may be added in the future.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on supplier and delivery location.
- Some products may qualify for free shipping if minimum order thresholds are met (see product page or checkout for details).
Multiple Shipments
Since WildKind works with multiple suppliers, items from the same order may:
- Ship from different locations.
- Arrive in separate boxes.
- Have different delivery dates.
Delays & Exceptions
- While most orders arrive on time, unexpected delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or supplier backorders.
- If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, contact us at thewildteam@shopwildkind.com and we’ll help resolve the issue with the supplier.
Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to the supplier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
