At WildKind, your satisfaction matters to us. Because we operate as a curated marketplace, most products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our supplier or brand partners. This means that return and refund policies may vary by product and supplier.

Returns

  • Most suppliers accept returns within 14–30 days of delivery.
  • To start a return, please contact us at thewildteam@shopwildkind.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
  • We’ll connect you with the appropriate supplier and provide instructions for completing your return.
  • Items must usually be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., treats, food).
  • Opened personal-care items (e.g., shampoos, supplements).
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Final sale items.

These exclusions will be noted on the product page whenever possible.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved by the supplier, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refund timing may vary depending on the supplier’s policy and your bank/payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

  • In most cases, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the supplier will cover return shipping or send a replacement at no cost to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the issue.
  3. We’ll work with the supplier to resolve the problem quickly — through either a replacement or refund.

Supplier Responsibility

WildKind carefully curates our partners, but each supplier is responsible for their own return and refund policies. WildKind does not guarantee refunds or exchanges beyond what is offered by the supplier.
